Mid Century Modern

Does anything say cool more than the iconic Eames House (also known as Case Study House 8).  Located in the Pacific Palisades neighbourhood of LA, it was built in 1949 by Charles and Ray Eames. Including the Georg Jensen Wall Clock and Vitra House Bird. Renowned for its modern structure and  extensive use of steel and glass it was applauded as an architectural statement yet also as a comfortable and functional living space. It is one of our all time favourite houses!
